First Time / Recurring Cleanings.
BEDROOMS, BATHROOMS, LIVING ROOMS AND COMMONS AREAS
In general we clean everything we can reach inside the residence except inside closed areas (like inside drawers or cabinets). In the kitchen we clean inside oven, microwave. We don’t clean refrigerator by default, but you can ask the crew to clean it as well.
We don’t open windows to clean window frames or windows sill from outside, but you can ask the crew to clean it as well. Note if you request to clean the windows sills and windows frames from outside there may be an extra charge.
All other areas inside the residence that we can reach are included and not limited to: baseboards, counters, vacuuming under bed, cleaning under rugs that can be lifted etc. For recurring cleanings we try to send the same team and you can tell them your preferences.
Move Out/ Move In Cleanings
We clean everything inside that we can reach. We don’t open windows to clean window frames or windows sill from outside, but you can ask the crew to clean it as well. Note if you request to clean the windows, windows sills and windows frames from outside there may be an extra charge for the extra time.
In the kitchen we clean inside cabinets, refrigerator, oven, and microwave. We clean behind refrigerator and oven if we can easily and safely move it.

cleanings do not include steamed carpet cleaning by default. If you would like your carpet steamed cleaned contact local Maidtop provider to see if steamed cleaning is provided at additional cost.
Some move out/ move in
residences might have marks on the wall. If there are few marks and wall painting is right we can remove it with microfiber. However in many cases wall might need to be repainted and removing many marks individually might take very long time and results might not be satisfactory since removing marks might take some paint off as well. Please note: If you request to remove many marks from the walls they may take more time that we are expecting and there may be a extra charge for the extra time.
