In general, we clean everything inside the residence that we can reach are included and not limited to: Changing bed sheets, baseboards, counters, vacuuming under bed, cleaning under rugs that can be lifted, in the kitchen we clean stove, microwave. We don’t clean refrigerator by default, but you can ask the crew to clean it as well. Etc. In the kitchen: We clean behind refrigerator and stove oven only if we can easily and safely move it. It will depend on the type of floors as well, wood, natural wood, tile, bamboo, etc.

Deep cleaning is usually performed when a tenant moves out of the house or after every couple of months to keep every corner and little nook of your house looking spotless.

Service includes wipe down inside of the windows sill that can easily and safely can be reached and open by the maids. Service does included inside of kitchen drawers or but not removing dishes drawers should be empty. Price does not includes inside of the small closets or re-organization of small closets. But yes wipe down all walking closets are included in the service.

Our similar to a deep cleaning service includes almost every single spot inside of the house. Which includes intensive cleaning of everything such as deep bathroom cleaning, deep cleaning in the kitchen, behind the appliances, below the sink, inside the oven, floors, interior windows cleaning, windows sill “if are safety to open, doors, doors frames, wipe all blinds/curtains and all the surfaces that can easily and safely can be reached and open by the maids.

Move out/in cleaning Includes:
Service includes wipe down inside of the windows sill that can easily and safely can be reached and open by the maids. Service does included inside of kitchen drawers or but not removing dishes drawers should be empty. Price does not includes inside of the small cl sets or re-organization of small closets. But yes wipe down all walking closets are included in the service.

In the kitchen: We clean behind refrigerator and stove oven only if we can easily and safely move it. It will depend on the type of floors as well, wood, natural wood, tile, bamboo, etc. Same with heavy furniture, etc.
Move in – move out. Cleanings we assume that residence is empty and loose items that are left inside the residence are considered unwanted trash and we throw it away. If you want to keep some items clearly label them “Do Not Touch” / “Do Not Throw Way” and put them in the bag at the corner etc.

Some move out/ move in. Residences might have marks on the wall. If there are few marks and wall painting is right, we can remove it with microfiber. -However, in many cases wall might need to be repainted and removing many marks individually might take very longer time and results might not be satisfactory since removing marks might take some paint off as well. Please note: If you request to remove many marks from the walls, the cleaning service may take more time that we are expecting and additional charges will be applied for the extra time.

Move out / move in. Cleanings do not include steamed carpet cleaning by default. Updated: Currently, we don’t provide steam or Shampoo carpet cleaning.

Mold in the bathroom: We don’t guarantee that a deep mildew between the caulk in the baths will be removed 100%, or calcium buildup, water stains in the showers, bathrooms, grease from cooking oil. In most cases, yes; mold in the bathrooms and grease from cooking oil is removed. Removing calcium buildup and old/dry cooking oil might not be satisfactory since removing calcium buildup/cooking oil might take some paint off or leave some scratches as well. Our team maids are very professionalism trained. They will try their best on every service.

Please note: If you request to remove many marks from the walls, grease from cooking oil, mold. The cleaning service may take longer time that we are expecting and additional charges will be applied for the extra time.
Accidents/ Deteriorated items /Damage: Accidents are unforeseen, therefore, we ask that you please put away any valuables, antiques, collectibles, crystals, and heirlooms. We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs to these items if they are left out. Aurora Maid Services cannot be held accountable or liable for any damages that occur from the following: improper installation of light fixtures and ceiling fans, pictures, mirrors or shelving that are not properly secured to the walls, shower doors or stove parts that are old or bent, worn door knobs, worn, or stained carpeting, faded and chipped paint on the walls. Stains/water build up / inside natural stones, shower heads, toilets, tiles floors, falling tiles, falling ceramic, hardwood floors, furniture fixtures, stain from pets saliva, pets pee, any string mechanism hanging from curtains or blinds, shower soap trays or dispensers that are incorrectly fastened to shower walls, problems with your plumbing, water backing up in the kitchen sink, showers, toilets, water leaking in pipes and other rotted or deteriorating items. During the cleaning service. We will use Eco-friendly cleaning solutions for the service. However, green, natural or Eco-friendly cleaning solutions may not be helpful to remove 100% of mold in the showers, toilets, etc. And can’t be use as a bactericidal agent, or kill germs. During the cleaning service. We will use conventional cleaning solution/products etc.

Aurora Maid Services cannot be held accountable or liable for any that occur from the following: Household cleaning chemicals are common substances used almost daily to clean surfaces and sanitize spaces. However, many don’t realize that these same products can pose hidden dangers to your health and safety. From undisclosed toxic ingredients to improper labeling, there is a risk that the cleaning supplies you trust may cause harm.

Childproof packaging issues: Many cleaning products are stored in containers that lack proper child-resistant features, increasing the risk of accidental poisoning in children. Improper disposal: Many consumers lack awareness of how to properly dispose of cleaning products, which can pose risks to both their health and the environment. Injuries stemming from defective cleaning products can include chemical burns, eye injuries, respiratory problems, and even chronic illnesses resulting from prolonged exposure. Often, these injuries happen because companies fail to label their products with proper instructions or warnings about risks. Aurora Maid Services cannot be held accountable or liable for any that occur from the following: If you’ve experienced injury or illness as a result of using a dangerous household products. This applies for the first time cleaning services and future services.

If someone suspects that a person has been exposed to harmful chemicals and poisoned, they should call emergency medical services immediately or call their country’s National Poison Control Center as soon as possible.

According to the EPA, “no natural cleaning products have been registered as disinfectants. While natural cleaners can remove germs from surfaces, they don’t necessarily kill them. For example, the citric acid in lemons and acetic acid in vinegar can kill some bacteria, but the concentration and pH levels aren’t strong enough to disinfect like other EPA-registered cleaners. Some “green” cleaners don’t disinfect, so they don’t kill germs.”

Aurora Maid Services cannot be held accountable or liable for any that occur from the following: All property owners and employees have a legal duty to maintain reasonably safe conditions of walking/running on the floors, stairs during the cleaning service. This includes addressing hazards that the owner/employees know about or should have discovered through regular/during the services. Wet floors, whether from spills, leaks, drips, broken bottles that contains cleaning solution, or any cleaning solutions, are a common hazard, and property owners and employees are expected to clean up these hazards right away or provide clear warnings until the issue can be resolved.

 Payment and Billing Agreement Aurora Maid Services requesters, customers are obligated to pay for the services. Requesters, customers will pay the full amount of the service requested. When requesters, customers reserve a cleaning service over the phone, email or online the requesters will pay for all purchases and payments for reimbursement costs, fees or expenses associated with a Service. You will be charge on your credit card or receive an electronic invoice according to the amount, fees agreed upon between you and Aurora Maid Services, you hereby authorize us to charge your credit card or authorize us to send you an electronic invoice for such amounts. And retains the right, in its sole discretion, to place a hold on any payment for a completed Service transaction.Payments Policy: Checks, online payment. If we do not receive your cash/check payment on the same day as your cleaning. You will receive the invoice via third party by text or email with a link. And full payment is due at the time when the cleaning team completed the cleaning work/job. Online payment fee may apply. To avoid any penalty fees invoice should be paid when the link with the invoice is received.

Returned Check Fee: If for any reason your check is returned from the bank, there will be $35 returned check fee.

Extra time or service. You agree to pay for all purchases and payments for reimbursement; costs, fees, expenses associated with a service or any additional charge for the extra time, same as any additional time, is quoted, or for any extra cleaning crew members that is assigned to the service; Requesters shall pay for the agreement. If full payment is not received, Aurora Maid Services reserve the right to send it to collections agency and take a legal action until payment is collected.

Aurora Maid Services use third party payment services to process credit card payments. Such as PayPal.com , Apple Pay, Zelle, Square.com or Stripe.com.

We will not sell , trade , rent or license personal information that you provide to us. Aurora Maid Services uses a third party service company to process credit card transactions of clients , and others who have subscribed to the service. The third party service provider is required to comply with privacy laws and principles comparable to ours. All credit card transactions are completed using secure electronic encryption.

Personal information when registering
When you register directly through Auroramaidservices.com, we will collect and store the information that you provide to us directly on our online registration forms or schedule , booking system. This may include, among other information:

Breakge/Loss
Aurora Maid Services is insured. Since cleaning is a very personal and human service, we realize that a breakage/loss may occurred. Just notify our office within 48 hours of the cleaning date, and we’ll do our best to make it right. Note: If a loss occurred, or been a victim of theft, we will take this serious as a criminal offence. We recommend to search first, inside of the house or in the garbage cans. On occasions an item may be miss placed or threw away by accident by the cleaning crew or one of the family members that live in your house.

Reporting an item of property as lost or stolen.

All privacy related complaints will be acknowledged , recorded , investigated and responded to in accordance with applicable law.
